Cabin Rental Reservation Policies
- ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING.
- All Cabins Are Non-smoking
- Pets are allowed ONLY in designated cabins. - $20 per pet per visit
- All Holidays are a 3-Night minimum stay
All Reservations will be charged $100.00, the balance will be charged at check-in.
- $50 SECURITY/RULES DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CABINS and will be collected at check-in.
- Deposit forfeiture may be charged for
- Failure to follow rules
- Visitors and guest’s non-payment
- Late departures
- & other reasons.
- Your Security/Rules deposit will be returned within 14 days after departure.
- Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance of your arrival. No refunds if cancelled less than 7 days. All cancellations will be charged a $25 administrative fee per cabin.
- Reservations are for 1-2 persons/1 vehicle. Extra persons will be charged upon arrival.
- Our policy is 1 site/1 vehicle.
Check In/Out
- Check-in time is after 4 PM.
- Check-out is before 11 AM.
- You must arrive before 9 PM.
